What could be improved

I am trying to get road directions to Salford Royal from Preston using the motorways. AA routefinder is down.

Your directions are totally useless. If people are to have choices on which hospital they wish to use, or have been referred from a different area, they will not know where they are going or how to get there. I suggest you give clear and precise directions using roads and motorways on you web site and make them easy to find when searching. If they are there, then they must be hidden.

There is a map available showing the hospital location in relation to the main motorways around it but we do not currently have the ability to link directly through to a map provider to provide individual routes. However, we are currently looking at ways to improve our website so many thanks for your thoughts.
