I am the service manager of the A&E department and have read your comments regarding your positive experience during a recent visit to A&E & Rainbow ward. Our A&E and Rainbow ward staff strive to put patients’ first and improving the experience of our patients is the number one priority for North Mid and I am pleased to hear that you were happy with the care you received.
