About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute) / General medicine

(as a relative),

Mother in law cared for on Collingtree ward for 3 weeks, terminally ill.

The organisation and management on this ward is supreme. The care patients receive is exemplary. An acute medical ward with challenges for staff, this does not phase them.

The staff from the cleaners, hca's, staff nurses and support staff genuinely care and strive for excellence. Thanks especially to Hazel, Donna and Maristella.
