Anything else?
My mum is in the assessment ward. She had a drip on, which finished 4 hours ago. I went to the desk and the two nurses blindly ignored me, they were laughing to themselves and knew that I was waiting for them. I stood there for a good 20 minutes until another nurse came and asked me if I was being seen to. I was so upset, I didn't know what to do.
