I attended W.C.H. on October 7th as a surgical day patient. It was a one hundred per cent positive experience. All areas were so clean and bright. The receptionist was friendly and efficient, the surgeon and anaesthetists were relaxed and told me very clearly what they were going to do. The nurses were absolutely lovely and could not have cared for me better. I felt that I really mattered. This is the NHS at its very best.
