I spent a brilliant day working with a brilliant group of students at the Recovery College this afternoon. I was invited as a guest to deliver a session about history & mental health.

The whole atmosphere of the place is brilliant & inspiring - everybody can forget about their diagnosis and labels and instead just take part in being a student.

The College truly does promote recovery, hope and optimism for the future.

Thank you for inviting me - I will really look forward to the next time I can visit and work with you guys.
