What I liked

My Father is currently in ICU.He has been there since early December.Given his condition and age I decided to fly from Queensland Australia to Bolton to see him.

ALL the staff in ICU are a credit to their hospital as well as their chosen profession...never before have I witnessed such kindness and compassion(and thats a big statement...)...

Whilst all the nurses and their aids performed admirably, I feel I have to make particular reference to "Mike" whose generosity and kindness shown to both my Father and I shall not be forgotten...Thanks again Mike, you made what was a traumatic experience bearable...my faith in Mankind was restored because of the kindness shown.

Shmaltzy??Perhaps...but gee Bolton, you have an ICU to be REALLY proud of...

Our staff know how worrying it can be to have a relative on ICU and will be very pleased that they were able to make your father's stay there better for both of you. Thank you for your comments -- they are much appreciated.
