"I was very impressed with the doctor and how he put me at ease"

About: The Princess Royal Hospital / Colorectal surgery

(as the patient),

I went to see Dr Clark at the Birkhill Centre at Princess Royal Hospital for a check up on my hemorrhoids.

I was very impressed with him and how he put me at ease, and explanation after the check up.

I have to do another test I believe at the hospital itself.

Thank you so much for your feedback ... now, I am hoping this has come to right place as our unit is the Bickerstaff Unit? I will make sure that we share this with the team as they will be very pleased to hear that they put you at ease and provided good explanation. This really reinforces the standards at the heart of great health care.
