I was an in-patient for 3 days on Firth 3 ward a vascular clinic. The staff were all very good, especially the clerical staff. They answered all my questions very well.
I was not offered choice, just Northern General Hospital.
I thought that the nurses were in short supply. There were 2 qualified nurses on 2 wards – they were excellent, but appeared to be short staffed. The senior nurses were excellent too.
