Whilst on holiday in Yorkshire earlier this year I had occasion to visit the A & E Dept at Airedale Hospital, Keighley. I had sustained a burn on my arm the week before and it was not healing properly. I was seen and treated on the evening of Saturday 14th September and was told to return on Monday 16th September for a check up. I was treated in a courteous, efficient and professional way by all the staff on duty, the receptionists, nurses and doctors. It has restored my faith in the NHS system.
