What I liked

i like the way that you treated my gran when she came to you on the 16th of november with chest compaliaints and howy you saved her by putting her on ICU to be ventalated but trafgically dfied months latter on the 11th may due to a problem with her bowel by gran was hilda rimmer

What could be improved

the following things could be improved updates on patients condition price of parking dramaticly that meaning it from being £1.70 to £1 for 24 hours like it used to be and the other thing that could be improved is food for both visitors and patients

Although it must have been a sad time for you recently, thank you for letting us know that you were pleased with the care your grandmother received. We will pass on your comments about improving the updates on patients' conditions.

Money from car parking charges goes into maintaining and improving the car parks and would otherwise have to come from patient services. As for the food, we do regular satisfaction surveys among patients and do take their views into account. We will, however, pass on your views.
