Anything else?
We attended for my husband to have a blood test this morning and were very pleased with the service, friendly and helpful staff and very clean facilities. This is the first blood test he has had without fainting! There was a 20-minute wait due to staff shortage but we were kept well informed of the situation throughout. This is an excellent facility and much better than the local alternatives, the only downside is expensive parking charges (probably inevitable when situated next to Hertford East station!)
