"A+E/Ward 11"

About: Scunthorpe General Hospital

Anything else?

Was admitted to A+E and then to ward 11 after been hit in an RTC, suffered an open break to my leg and mild concussion. A+E refused to contact my mother, who works in the same building i might add, after an hour i asked again and they still did nothing, i was fortunate enough that i could reach my mobile from my pocket and ran her myself. Whilst on the ward i asked for water as i hadn't had a drink since early evening the night before, and it was now lunch. They never came back with any, after my operation, which left me worse for ware as i reacted to the anaesthetic, my family was not allowed to see me, after finding out there was complications, water was also not given until my family forced there way in the next day, to make sure i was okay, after id managed to contact them saying ive still not been given water.
