"Second hip replacement"

This was the second hip I had replaced, The first one I had done was in1999 and within 6 weeks I could run and do anything I liked.no pain at all. the second I had replace at the Spiresl on 22 October 2012.I had this hip replaced through the nhs This was a different kettle of fish, The pain for the first 3 weeks was controlled with pain killers, after that down hill I went. for a year I have been in great pain most of the time. I've had 6 xrays Seen 3 consultants. and finally had a sample of fluid taken from the hip Joint last week. they haven't a clue what's wrong with my hip.I am 76 and I don't want this pain for the rest of my life
