The booking process was efficient, no errors, and the admin staff were very helpful. The environment was lovely, the staff were very helpful. The food was good and nicely presented. (A stainless steel pot of tea not that horrible small off white pottery cup half full of tepid stuff normally dished up). The treatment was successful. Surgeon and anaesthetist delightful. Any post op queries were responded to promptly and helpfully.
