What I liked

Our family wishes to express our heartfelt appreciation for the kindness and excellent care my Father in law received during his recent hospitalisation. Of course we are very saddened by his death, but we are comforted in knowing that he received the best care available. The sensitivity and support of all the ICU staff helped us through what was a very difficult time, and we will never forget their kindness. Please express our appreciation to everyone who cared for Papa. I will be writing personally to those who cared for him.

What could be improved

Thank you for taking the trouble to post your comments about your father-in-law's care at what must be a sad time for your family. The staff in ICU will be pleased to hear that you felt the care they gave your father-in-law was so very good - that is what they aim for.
