What I liked

I found the consultant & theatre staff very proffessional & helpful. the staff in recovery explained fully what was happening & what they were doing.

What could be improved

Staff on wards should be more aware that curtains are not walls. & that each & every patient should be treated with respect.

Thank you for your comments which we will pass on to the staff in surgery and theatres. We do aim to treat every patient with dignity and respect and we're sorry if you felt that on occasion the staff forgot that curtains do not provide full privacy.
