When I first decided to attend the services of inclusion matters, I felt scared, worried and anxious as to what was going to be discussed and brought up. Fearful I may have to re-live my fears.
The outcome was what I suspected, I cried and I was emotional during sessions but because of that I have became a more positive person. It helped me understand and how to deal with my thoughts and fears through the help of my advisor/ therapist.
Everyone is different and responds differently to discussing what may be on there mind but it helped me and I feel so much better after my sessions.
"counselling for my fears and worries."
