We are part of a service user, Carers, volunteers and the Staff team who will be working with the Head to Head team on our Patient feedback Challenge which has 4 aims

2Shairing & discussing feedback in teams

3Acting on feedback

4Sharing Changes made as a result of feedback

We have met with Sam now 2 times and now have an action plan to get feedback from the Child and Adolescent Mental health service. Could you pass on the Sam how fantastic her project is and how much we are enjoying working with her on this?

We are looking forward to meeting again in a couple of weeks at Rosewood Involvement centre to plan our next steps with Sam

Thank you so much for this response. it is nice to get emails like this. I know Sam works really hard to ensure clients and their carers are listened to and supported. I know she will be made up with this. she, like us, want to hear what people think about our services, both what we do right as well as things we can improve. I hope we will be able to implement the changes you recommend. good luck with the feedback challenge and thanks for the time and energy you have invested in the project.

Many thanks for your posting, Head 2 Head are also very much looking forward to the Patient Feedback Challenge and working with everyone at Rosewood to get some really helpful and true to life feedback for the young people that we work with. Your enthusiasm and motivation is wonderful and what a good team we make with this project!
