"Cook4life very educational"

About: Adult Specialist Services / Nutrition & dietetics

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

Excellent sessions, delivered by a friendly and happy trainer (Viv).

Very educational.

Great awareness (shocked to hear about foods that we would never think that would have sugars).

Very quick and easy to get ready snacks instead of full meals.

Changed our views about some healthy foods that Asian women could buy in their shopping. E. g. cous cous, homemade pizzas, tuna.

Discussed how we could add chillies and herbs to some of the foods.

Thank you for posting your comments on here.

I am glad to hear that you have recently attended a cook4life which you found both educational and enjoyable. It is good to hear that Viv delivered the session well and has helped educate you on how to make quick and easy snacks which you will be able to continue to make for both you and your family.

I hope that the increased awareness, knowledge and skills you have gained will continue to be used now the course has finished.

Thank you once again for your comments
