Excellent service. Felt that I was treated with respect by everyone in the team. The person at reception was very welcoming, was expecting me and made me a cup of coffee.
The Professor and the Nurse Consultant took time to get to know me and listened to my views. The appointment time is usually at least an hour and I do not feel rushed.
I felt that they were very understanding of me and my mental health difficulties.
