went to good hope on this week suffering from heart and severe chest pains as I was in the car park my ex partner asked an ambulance driver to help me get to the doors as I could hardly walk.
I was told because the driver hadn't brought me in he was in no position to help me so I had to struggle to the door. at reception I was told to wait as my partner explained i'm a heart patient with a history of heart attacks and heart ops. his made no difference whatsoever.
After waiting over four hours with no one to help me at all. I made the decision to just go home and die as nobody was in a rush to help me. i'm extremely angry that I was in a great deal of pain and could of easily of died and it seemed as if nobody could be bothered. absolutely despicable! !
