given an appointment at a&e after speaking to GP OOH. recieved excellent service, very clean, seen quickly, condition was taken seriously and medication given. very small waiting room though (this is the primary care part of a&e)

I was delighted to read your comment about the service and treatment that you received when you attend the GP Out of Hours at Macclesfield District Hospital. I have also read your comment regarding the size of the waiting room in the department. Unfortunately we are rather restricted for room in that area but I will pass your comment on to the Department concerned. I have forwarded your compliment on to the Department you have mentioned, so that it can be shared with the staff concerned, as it is a real boost to morale to receive such praise. Thank you
