"A little thing that would make all the difference"

About: Royal Preston Hospital

Anything else?

Was in ward 8c with my baby girl. Just a little thing please please please teach the staff to shut bins properly and speak quietly during a night shift. Every time the bin slammed my baby jumped out of her skin. And also the chit chat from the nurses is way too loud when you have kids and babys trying to sleep. One nurse literally kept shreking at the top of her voice. Not good and kind of wondering when they got any work done
