I had my baby girl at Watford Maternity in August 2013. We both spent 5 days in hospital after birth and I must say the level of care for me and the baby was outstanding. The baby spent 3 days in special care and 2 more days with me in our own room. I was happy to have the expertise and advice of midwives, doctors and other professionals, couldn't have done without it.

What could have been better. Well... Apart from my room being cleaned daily... I think those windows could benefit from a good clean!

Thank you for taking the time to let us have feedback about giving birth at our Watford Hospital maternity unit. First, may I congratulate you on the birth of your daughter. Second, thank you so much for your kind words, which I have shared with the doctors, midwives and other staff who work on the unit. I know they will be very pleased. I note your point about the cleaning of your room and the windows and have passed this on to our estates team (who manage this service). I know all of our windows were cleaned recently and presume this was after you were with us. However, the team will check. Thank you again for your feedback.
