(as the patient),

I have had operations on my right shoulder by the same consultant and both have not been successful. Also when I was in ward 21 I did not get any help when it came to washing my self, with only 1 arm in use and having to go to wash in the cubical with a basin that has no plug in and taps that turn them self off after about 30 seconds.

My shoulder is still no good and now waiting for a 3rd operation to be done at Stanmore, the specialists.

My consultant at the L&D I had no faith in him as he seem to have no Idea of what to do, and infact my shoulder is worse than ever before.
