What I liked
Clean hospital. Staff were efficient and friendly.
What could be improved
Lack of speciality in the hospital due to the relatively small population it serves. Would be good if there were better links between this hospital and specialist hospitals elsewhere, not just Newcastle to enable a better flow of information and quicker transferred if required.
