an excellent service working efficiently and demonstrating a high standard of co-ordination between the contributing departments involved in the pre and post operative care. I was particularly impressed with the clinician to patient interaction throughout the procedure. Language was mostly non-technical and delivered in a non patronizing and easy to understand way. Time was offered for questions from each of the clinicians, Anesthetics, surgeon and Nursing was excellent and the standard of communication was very high. on an open ward, i was able to observe first hand the levels of dignity afforded to others awaiting and recovering from surgery and the nursing staff were first class. Physio was started immediately following the surgery and has continued at regular intervals. My recovery is very progressing well and I feel positive about the whole experience.
