"Good clinical care but problems with contacting"

My daughter has received excellent care from her orthodontist. However, there is a serious issue with contacting this hospital. The phones are never answered and there is no answerphone. Other reviews have said the same. I have spent a whole day ringing every half an hour to try to ask a question about my daughter's treatment and after 6 hours I still haven't spoken to anyone. I appreciate that they are very busy but even an answerphone would be a huge improvement!
