"My father is in the Alexandra ..."

What I liked

My father is in the Alexandra Wing. After visiting him on Sunday after noon with my mother, the heavens opened. Not only torrential rain, but thunder and lightening too.

The security guard at the Main entrance, escorted myself and mother to our car sheildinng us from the rain with his umberella. He gave me his coat as I had not brought one with me, and was a complete gentleman. His customer service was excellent, and although we are all at our wits end over my father, the guard gave us some thing good to focus on.

Please can you thank him, from me Susan, my mother and my father, who is in the Alexandra Wing.

What could be improved

If the security guard is anything to go by, we think there is no room for improvement.
