The staff are always polite, despite being busy, not to much delay on the appointment, these things happen, I was happy waiting no problem, appointment was very smooth and understood what was being said to me as a parent, I was looked after just as well. My praise for MK General as a whole. Keep up the solid work.

Thank you very much for your positive comments regarding the E.N.T department at the hospital and the overall hospital . It is always very much appreciated by staff when patients and their families take the time to give feedback on their experience and your comments will be shared with all staff involved.
