"My experience at the Barony Practice"

I have been a patient at the Barony Practice for many years since Dr Hislop moved from Glasgow Rd. I attend the surgery on a regular basis and have nothing but praise for the service provided by doctors, nurses and admin staff.

I never have any problems getting appts, any calls to follow up with tests etc are always followed up. The level of care is second to none. For example today I had an appt with nurse for blood pressure check in the afternoon, I had been unwell over the weekend so called this morning to get appt with doctor. Only appt available was in the late evening which I took.

The receptionist did however take my number and said if an appt became available near my nurse appt she would call me back. Within 10 mins she called back to say she had spoken to Dr Hallam and she would see me at early afternoon. What great service!
