The care, respect and kindness was second to none from the time the paramedic and ambulance men arrived, her assessment in A&E and her time on AMU. She was always treated with respect, kindness and thoughtfulness. She had one to one treatment in A&E and everyone went way beyond their normal and expected duties.
In these times of complaints and complaining we cannot let our experiences go unheard.
They arranged for her to go to Timberdine for rehabilitation and the two ambulance girls who took her were exactly the same.
Lots and lots of thanks and gratitude to everyone concerned.
