From the friendly greeting at 7 am, to my discharge at around 4 pm I don't think I could have asked for more pleasant treatment by the staff. During my wait I was firstly visited by a nurse, the surgeons, the aneasthatist and pharmacist, all of whom put me at ease and, pleasingly, made sure that the correct arm was to be worked on (you do hear horror stories). Even having the aneasthetic administered was a cheerful experience that ended with me coming to in a sunny room feeling like I'd had the best sleep of my life. All in all, a very pleasnt experience
