Anything else?
I was referred to Ashford hospital last year for breast cancer treatment after a negative mammogram, and still attend for regular check ups. I was seen within a week of referral and knew from the moment I met the breast care team that I was in the best possible hands. I was referred to a consultant who was extremely professional, friendly and did a wonderful job. I would like to thank everyone concerned in my treatment, from the breast care nurses - (always patient, helpful and caring) to all in the radiology dept. Not forgetting the post theatre nurse who was so nice. Not once in all the different departments that I had to visit was I greeted by an unsmiling unfriendly face. From the beginning of my treatment everyone has been so helpful and understanding, even making appointments to suit my agenda. Even though I was not one of their more serious cases everyone still seemed to make you feel that you were their only patient ! If anyone has to attend Ashford and St Peters for breast cancer treatment (not forgetting radiotherapy treatment at Guildford hospital) I would have no hesitation in recommending the team who all do such a great job. Heartfelt thanks to all.
"The best treatment possible"
