In summer 2013, my wife and I were impressed and delighted with all the prenatal and perinatal care, including ultrasound, obstetric/surgical, anaesthetic, theatre, perinatal and postnatal medical, midwifery and nursing care that she and the twins received in the months and weeks leading up to, and the period following, the birth of our twins by Caesarean. We were very impressed by the thoroughness of the ultrasound examinations (at Kings Hospital and Queen's Hosp), outpatient assessments, tests and treatment by all concerned, including the obstetric consultants in charge of the prenatal care and caesarean deliveries. The staff involved were also friendly, polite, courteous and helpful throughout, explaining everything as appropriate. All this was delivered in a calm, considerate and professional manner. The clinics and wards were spotlessly clean and tidy. We are both extremely grateful for the excellent care and attention. Well done Queen's Hospital Maternity, Romford!
