My boyfriend was in a serious accident where he was thrown off his bike and over a car bonnet. The paramedics were fantastic, but when we got to A&E everything went downhill. We waited for 3 hours in a dirty disgusting waiting room, and when we were finally seen we couldn't believe how useless the staff were. He was covered in cuts and bruises and couldn't walk, the doctor sent him away with two paracetamol and that was it! The doctor could see that he couldn't walk and my boyfriend even had to ask for crutches! Useless.
