I am writing this on behalf of my 90 year old mum, The cleanliness of her was not very good especially the state of her finger nails and toes. Mum has demensia and was in for a broken hip. in her good e she said that the food was discusting and not fit for a dog. making the patient wait before they are sorted out for the toilet is now very good. one lady was kept waiting 1 hour 30 minus before she was sorted out. This needs to be improved.
