I had been in a grump for a week after reading the last review as I had to go to the same department. Need not have worried. I was seen on time and had a very thorough explanation of why I was there; what was going to be done and why; and what was going to happen in the future. All my questions were fully answered and welcome advice given. The two members of the medical staff who were we with me were understanding and had a sense of humour. Will never be so apprehensive about attending again.
