"key hole surgery for a hernia"

About: Northampton General Hospital (Acute)

Anything else?

i had the operation for the hernia which went very well unfortunately because i could not pass water i had to stop over night and i landed up in the cedar ward, in the morning i did see one of the team who informed me that every thing went well, but did not tell me what i could and couldn't do,what my recovery time would be and whether i could drive or not,i then rang the hospital who were very polite but sent me from person to person which left me with a dilemma because i felt quite well but didn't want to do any thing that might undo all the good work
