In late September my 91 year old mother collapsed in her home. She was taken by ambulance to the Norfolk and Norwich hospital where she was admitted into A&E. Whilst laying on a bed, a nurse picked up my mother's purse. She asked her what she was doing. The nurse replied that she was looking for telephone numbers. My mother told her that she wouldn't find them there. Later on after treatment, my mother checked her purse. She had recently made a withdrawal and knew there was £100 in the purse. On checking she found that there was £50 missing. Whilst not able to prove this, I think it is important to bring it to the hospital's attention as there might be a problem. On a better note the treatment she received was excellent
