A well overdue letter to say thank you. Our dear mom Eileen Smith was admitted to priory five ward in July. Unfortunately she passed away on August 12th. We were overwhelmed with the care and kindness that the team gave to our mom and also the compassion and comfort that you gave to us her children. In these days of complaints and law suits we want everyone who reads this to know that mom could not have been better treated. The team made our last weeks with mom not just a time of sadness but also a time to be grateful for the peaceful and considerate way we were all treated. We must give a very special thank you to three particular members of staff. They just could not have been bettered. Once again all our heartfelt thanks. The family of the late Eileen Smith
