I went in for a laparoscopy and was quite nervous as I never had surgery before, but from the moment I entered Ward 13, I was greeted by friendly, helpful staff and my nerves calmed down. I had a comfy chair to relax in, whilst waiting and was kept up to date of what was going to happen next at all times. The Ward was very clean and kept clean throughout my stay. The care I received was excellent and I am very grateful to all the nurses who assisted me.
