If you ring before 9.00 there is an answerphone message saying the hospital is now closed and gives numbers for emergency treatment. If you ring after 9.00, when presumably the hospital is open - the answerphone message has been taken off but the phone just rings out and no one (not even a machine!) answers. I don't think this is very satisfactory for new patients who just want to get some information
