About: Leigh Infirmary

(as a relative),

What I liked

The hospital is lovely and the walk in centre is a real asset to Leigh for convenience and patient satisfaction.

The nurses are fantastic (once you get to see them). They work in a professional manner will expertise and compassion.

What could be improved

The clerical staff are rude and have a terrible attitude towards service users. First impressions last! It puts me off going again!! Which is a shame because the nursing team are outstanding and the organisation should be really proud of them.

Nurses should triage as soon as you walk through the door instead of the admin team making that decision.

Children's nurses are needed so that the service can develope further.
