"Medical staff were caring and compassionate"

(as a relative),

The nursing and medical staff were caring and compassionate in the care for my husband. Unable to do anything for himself, he looked well cared for, clean, comfortable and pain free. Thankyou.

It's a pity the Lancashire Telegraph doesn't print all the thousands of grateful patients rather than the few who have cause to complain. Mind you that wouldn't sell papers.
