I went to Prince and Bates on 4th June this year and the optician noticed some peculiarities. A further examination was made after consultation with the health authority and a referral was made to Queens. My first consultation was on. 16th July and a further appointment to laser my right eye followed on 21st August. Yesterday I attended for my second and final treatment. I cannot praise all staff enough. They were terrific! By marked contrast my aunt living in Wales was referred September 2012 and is STILL waiting for treatment!! Well done Queens.
