On entering Ward 3 for a total knee replacement I was very apprehensive. The first nurse I met put me at ease and all the staff continued to give me full support and the best care I could have had anywhere. This hospital is second to none and I can honestly say my stay at Broadgreen Hospital was an unexpected pleasant experience. I laughed from morning until night with the humour and banter from every member of staff. They were kindness itself! My favourite member of staff was Ward 3's Tea Lady, she cheered everyone up from the moment she entered the room. Everyone of us in the ward laughed through the pain from our operations. Thankyou so much to every member of staff, you are simply the best!
