I recently had cause to visit the consultant, and found both him and his staff amongst the kindest and most considerate staff I have ever come across in the Medway Maritime Hosp. His nurses in my original consultation were absolutely lovely, and very concerned to make sure my visit was as painless emotionally and physically as possible. The checking procedure was also carried out kindly and with good explanations of the procedures to follow. Finally, my visit to the hospital for a small operation was excellent. My nurse was completely lovely, kind and concerned for my total well being. The consultant also extremely humane but straightforward in his explanations. Theatre staff were informed and lovely too. Could not have had a better experience had I paid a fortune and gone privately to BUPA. Thank you everyone! Val Ferman.
