southend hospital has been going down hill for years, yes there have been improvements in what they can offer but the way that you are waiting in a&e for hours on end and the way wen you get through to see a doctor you are rushed thorough is disgraceful. I also thought it was bad when my mum had to wait 4 weeks for a scan when she is really ill and now she is getting worse.

I am truly sorry that your experience of the hospital has been so negative. We are continually trying to improve the service we provide and appreciate that there is room for improvement in some areas.
